As a Pilates instructor, Abey wants people to feel good in their bodies: strong, balanced and pain free. A regular Pilates practice will do wonders for your health, both physically and mentally, but excellent health is about more than diet and exercise. Abey believes reducing stress through meditation and connecting with nature are vitally important, as is removing toxins from one’s home environment. Abey, a self-proclaimed hippie at heart, is inspired by the self-sufficiency of homesteading and strives towards a rustic life of living off the land as much as she can in today’s modern society. This website is to serve as a hub for holistic wellness, compiling information and resources on everything from growing vegetables and food preservation techniques, to composting, natural beauty, Pilates and meditation.
