Healthy Lifestyle Coaching

While not an expert, Abey is passionate about real food nutrition, homesteading and healthy lifestyle and she continues to learn through reading, workshops and her own experience. A self proclaimed hippie at heart, Abey loves her “pioneering” projects:  baking sourdough bread; making sauerkraut, kefir, homemade deodorant and playdough for her son; growing her own vegetable garden; composting with worms; foraging for acorns and gathering spring water, to name a few. As she continues to peel the onion that is holistic wellness, including finding ways to reduce toxins in her home environment, Abey continues to learn and grow in her quest towards a more self-sufficient, happy life in the woods of Santa Cruz county.  Abey started this website to offer people information she has gleaned over years as she truly believes that the best way to succeed is to help others succeed. Her blog posts are meant to provide information and inspiration for you to dive in and learn through your own trial and error. But she knows sometimes there’s nothing that helps one succeed quite like being able to ask questions, so she’s happy to answer your queries with a free fifteen minute phone consultation. Should you wish to dive deeper, she offers coaching sessions at the following rates:

25 minutes- $20

55 minutes- $35
